How we gather information

• KronLog collects personally identifiable information when you register for a KronLog business account via Trial Membership, when you use certain aspects of the KronLog ASP Product, and when you enter certain KronLog Promotions. Viakron may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.

• Companies who use the ASP version of the KronLog product may have information regarding customers in KronLog databases.

• Employees of participating companies may have identifying information such as names and addresses.

• ViaKron also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP addresses, and the page that you requested.

How we use your information

• ViaKron uses the information that identifies its customers (subscribers) to relate directly with these customers regarding contact, billing, etc.

• ViaKron WILL NOT sell, rent or distribute any of the information that it gathers to any entity.

Security: How we protect your information

• ViaKron Technology, Inc. strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

• ViaKron Technology, Inc. utilizes extremely strong encryption schemes in masking sensitive information such as Passwords and company names of not only KronLog customers, but also of customers of our customers.

• ViaKron Technology, Inc. supports Simple, Intermediate and Complex schemes in Password masking. When a participating company uses the Complex scheme, not even Viakron staff will be able to deduce Passwords without engaging in extremely time-consuming cracking procedures. Multiple Password attempts are logged and reported on, and a lock-out limit can be imposed by the participating company.

• Whenever the Internet is used to access the ASP portion of the KronLog product, world-standard SSL encryption technology is utilized in the data transmission between the users' Internet Browser (or KronLog Enterprise Client) and the KronLog Server.

Cookies & IP Addresses

• ViaKron may deploy Cookies to your computer. This is a common Internet practice, which is not meant to be malicious or intrusive. Instead, it is used to help to make your web experience more meaningful by enhancing the navigation. Your browser supports Cookies by default, but you can disable them if you wish.

• Because of the sensitive nature of the information used by our customers in our ASP products, we may record and track users' IP Addresses for Audit reporting.
